My name is Gilad, Iβm an athlete combining different worlds into 1 sport. These sports are mainly calisthenics, breakdance and tricking which is taekwondo kicks and flips, yet I used to do some weight lifting and body building back at the time.
I am here to share with you my way of working out, and to teach you the different techniques and exercises needed in order to become the best you can be.
