The new LEGO Space is really good! Some super unique parts and fun to put together. The Astronaut minifigs are extremely well detailed especially compared to classic LEGO space. As you build you become aware of the story of a mining operation for unique crystals/plants that are used to create the batteries that power all the equipment. The crane works with the included string and there’s only a few stickers to put on. The little aliens are cute and the robot is a really clever design. 60434 Space base and launch rocket has a bit of everything and it’s just great to see space back in such a big way, even under the “City” banner.

PAX Aus has announced the 12 winners of this year’s Indie Showcase, all of which have been created by independent developers from across the country. One is from the developer of the VR title "Ritchies Plank Experience" which is still my go-to app for showing off VR to new people.
