We’re having an impromptu dinner sale on Friday. To pre-order please inbox us. On the menu is Fish, or Seafood Gumbo, with the Fish you get a choice of two sides and a roll, with the gumbo you get a choice of 1 side and jalapeño cornbread. Fish is $10 and Gumbo is $12

Side choices are:
Mac n cheese
Potato salad
Green beans
Collard greens

Introducing Meal Prep meals!!! Just a little something to add to my repertoire!! For this meal prep I cooked for breakfast Quiche cups with peppers onions and spinach and cheese, and Sweet Potatoe hash, lunch is a chicken salad with the chicken marinated is orange, and lemon juice, cilantro golden balsamic vinegar, and olive oil, for dinner I have prepared the same chicken and vegetable medley and I added peppers and onions and roasted them!! Next week the menu will change. The diet was sent to me and I created a menu from the items that was on the diet list. If interested please feel free to contact me via Instagram or Facebook!!
