Time Flies!
1st quarter almost over and it has been incredibly busy and successful.

Success is great but to keep it going we need everyone to make sure they are taking care of themselves (you can't pour from an empty jug!)

We are very glad wellbeing and mental health are intrinsic to everyday life here Mercury Search and especially thankful to have that driven by our own staff – in this case Sarah Livingston.

January, the start of the New Year, can be an intense time – It's often busy as business is ramping up as well as playing catch up for the lost time during the Christmas break. Add to this the “winter blues” not to mention the hurdle of getting back into a work routine after an extended break and it’s no wonder people can feel overwhelmed. It's so great to have a mental health first aider/peer support champion. At Mercury we want our staff to thrive – providing a supportive environment is central to that – thanks for your efforts Sarah!
