A day building sn IKEA set if drawers and major tidy up so tonight’s tea was a beef burger made from minced Aberdeen Angus fillet …. As this was fat free almost I added some Ancala Crafts single estate first cold pressed. Extra virgin oil flavoured with chilli mixed into a beaten egg and bread crumbs and a side of home made coleslaw
(Can’t make coleslaw for one) bound lightly with a small amount of mayo

🛑 3. Introduce a law stating immediate deportation without appeal for anybody who enters the UK via Channel crossing on small boat

If you really wanted to stop the boats, you would have implemented these measures on day 1 in office!

Last nights meal using purchased from the markets attended and left over. Bruschetta using sour dough bread bought at Kinross summer Market using Ancala’s basil oil to drizzle prior to char grilling topped with heritage tomatoes with Ancala’s tomato and basil dressing. And main ham and haddie frittata using up left over smoked haddock roast ham and baby potatoes. Feeds four to six total cost for the full meal around £4 or about £1 per person

Just about finished with the stock for tomorrows event at Stepps Food Market come and say hello. Aaron the jolly red giant destroyer of all things will drop me off and then head to his teaching class and on Sunday he will again run me to Solsgirth Home Farm market where you will find me in the big byre. Doing a Christmas special. ….. all bottles of dressings will be £7.50 instead of £8.75 come grab a bargain. Next week end will see me or rather Gillian at Silverburn Shopoibg Centre both days and again the offer will run whilst stock lasts….. then I’m actually just about finished for the season holidays beckon and hopefully a short trip to Belgium prior to my main break in January.
