After nearly 8 years of working in the CBD and supplement space, we have decided to close our e-commerce shop. H**p regulations are constantly changing and natural health information is heavily censored making it very difficult to promote our brand and thrive in an ever changing market. While this is frustrating it opens the door for new things we are passionate about, like health coaching.

Though we will be saying goodbye to the shop, we will continue to share our knowledge of health and wellness and we hope you continue to stick with us. Keep an eye out over the next few weeks as we shift to our new direction.

We are so thankful for all of your support and while we are sorry to close this little company, we are excited for what the future holds.

Stress is a feedback loop. When our body is under chronic stress from life in general (work, home life, finances) and then add on to it bad habits or just bad health advice, we raise our cortisol which causes hormonal havoc and excess weight. Our favorite ways to de-stress:

-Get barefoot in the grass or beach. This helps discharge positive ions back to the Earth. We get this electrical build up from being disconnected from the ground (shoes, cars, living in houses or apartments). Reconnecting to the earth can lower inflammation, lift mood, reduce blood cell coagulation, and clear the mind.

-Stop excess fasting. Though we do love a good fast in the Spring and Fall, chronic intermittent fasting raises cortisol which causes weight gain, sugar cravings, sleep issues and hormone disregulation.

-Eat sugar. That’s right, we said it. Our cells (including our brain cells) run on glucose. Restricting carbs stresses the body, eating sugar is a stress reliever. Obviously, keep it in moderation and from healthy sources like fruit, honey, potatoes, squash, organic sourdough bread and rice. For a great night’s sleep we (including our 8 year old) eat organic ice cream before bed.

I (Judita) used to do extreme keto and though I had good results when I was in my 20s, I couldn’t do it in my 30s. It only made me gain weight, lose out on good quality sleep and feel out of sorts (plus never-ending sugar cravings).
