Hewitt Foundation
The Hewitt Foundation is a non profit organization created in memory of Parker and Haley Hewitt.
The Hewitt Foundation has had the great joy of ministering to the community in the love of Christ since 2015. We will forever be grateful to those that have given generous donations, served countless volunteer hours and been faithful prayer partners for the Hewitt Foundation over the years. You have been an integral part to our ministry and we sincerely thank you for your support.
As scripture says in Ecclesiastes 3:1, “To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven.” For the Hewitt Foundation, our season has come to an end. However, the season of ministry in our community will certainly remain. Remaining donation have been given to several local nonprofits to continue sharing the love of Christ with others.
Thank you again for your support and prayers.

Thanks Outspokin for hooking us up with discounted helmets to protect every child!
Hope to hold our Recycle-A-Bicycle event again next summer!
Filling up the Hewitt Foundation Little Free Library at the Citadel Park located at 4941 Citadel Avenue in the Forest Acres community.
Great park to visit with the kids! Pack a picnic lunch, enjoy the playground equipment and then grab a book from the library.
Sounds like a fun adventure to us!
Who’s in?
Share your photos with us when you go! 📸
If you could ask God to do anything for your kids, what would it be?
Thank you to those who recycled your used bicycle to Outspokin for the Hewitt Foundation.
We were able to give these to Sharing God’s Love in Irmo where they will place these with children in the community who are in need.
The Hewitt Foundation purchased brand new helmets for each bicycle so every child would be protected when riding. Safety first! 🤍
May God use these bicycles to bring happiness and joy.
Nothing beats taking kids to summer camp to learn about Jesus and to have fun together!
Check out the incredible group of kids from the Hewitt Foundation!

Hewitt Foundaiton | CentriKid Camp The Hewitt Foundation sponsored 18 elementary students to attend CentriKid Camp at Gardner Webb. The Lord worked in all of the little hearts attending...lots of great convos were had and seeds were planted and watered. Many friendships were made and tons of fun was had by all!
The Hewitt Foundation will be taking two charter buses to Passion 2022…that’s 110 spots to fill…and we want YOU to be a part with us!
We are partnering with local churches and ministries, such as Crossroads Church, to offer a FREE TICKET to attend with our Hewitt Foundation group. The Hewitt Foundation has already secured hotel/travel reservations and made the logistics of the trip super easy for you to join.
This is an excellent opportunity to get out of the comfort zone of your “Holy huddle” and be around other believers in Jesus from the community.
Let’s be more focused about “Big C” church partnership and growing the Kingdom together collectively as one area.
If you are a youth pastor or college leader we would love to speak to you about having part of your group attend with ours. Let’s start the convo and work out the details on what that looks like.
For all high school seniors (Class of 2022) to 25 year olds, click on this link ASAP to reserve your FREE Passion 2022 ticket!
https://www.hewittfoundation.com/hewitt-foundation-passion-2022-ticket-application/
These FREE tickets will not last long so don’t delay in applying for one. There is a small cost for hotel/travel and that is explained in the application process.
We know the Lord is going to do abundantly more than we can imagine within our group from the community and we want you to be a part of this special time together.

Today the Hewitt Foundation was able to speak at Chapin Presbyterian’s VBS. We shared why we created the Hewitt Foundation and that our ministry vision is to share God’s love through community projects and service.
When even shared one of the current community projects we are working on and the children at VBS helped us write notes of encouragement that will be including in our next outreach project.
We are so thankful for the opportunity to share our heart for Jesus and to have the children of Chapin Presbyterian’s VBS involved with us.
When we love as Jesus loved, His love flows through us and can be seen by others.
Walk as Jesus walked…
Such a great lesson being discussed at CentriKid Camp.
When you walk as Jesus walked it means making Jesus' priorities my own by faith. It means delighting in and keeping God's law as Jesus did. It means having compassion for others, repaying evil with good, and acting in love. 🤍
Quiet time with Jesus and rec games to start day 2 off at CentriKid Camp.
Bibles for the boys… ✅
Bibles for the girls… ✅
Each elementary student within our CentriKid camp group received one of these during our small group time!
We wanted to make sure everyone had a bible they could use at camp and take back home with them to keep reading God’s word.
We highly recommend checking out both of these bibles if you have 3rd-6th graders. 📖
Students are enjoying camp at CentriKid!
Day 1 is complete!
Hewitt Foundation sponsoring 18 elementary students to attend CentriKid Camp at Gardner Webb.
Praying for the Lord to work in a mighty way in the lives of these students.
Will you join us in that prayer over the next 3 days? 🙏🏻
Two things you need to know:
1) The Hewitt Foundation Little Free Library located at Chick-fil-A Ballentine is fully stocked with children’s books and is ready to be used again after a long closure due to COVID. The library works on a “give a book, take a book” concept. If you have gently used children’s book please donate them to this location throughout the year.
2) Chick-fil-A Ballentine has reopened their dining room!! Yes…that is correct…the dining room is reopened!!!
Take your family to visit the Little Free Library and enjoy some Chick-fil-A. Perfect family time!

Lord,
Give me the strength to say yes when You want me to do something. Give me guidance to know what to do next in my life. I surrender my no to You and agree with what You want for me. If You’re saying yes, I say yes too.
When Jesus is enough in our lives, we focus on what we have, not on what we don’t have...
The enemy uses the heaviest artillery on the people who are carrying the greatest purpose.
The Hewitt Foundation was honored to receive a $250 grant from Greater Chapin Community Foundation for the purchase of care baskets for families in need!
This grant will be put into use immediately for those in our local community. Thank GCCF for seeing value in our ministry.
