That being said...about 2 weeks ago I realized I was not eating healthy at all and found that I gained some weight. Yes, no need to tell me because I know I’m skinny still, but the point is, I wasn’t feeling amazing. So, I started going to the gym again and eating healthy. Every morning was a protein shake followed by appropriate snacks/meals for the rest of the day. (Here’s the best part, some of the products I used are things you can get your hands on as well✨) Anyway, after getting my butt back into gear, I lost 6 pounds and am feeling great again!!!🤩

Back in the gym and it feels so good!!!💪🏼
Drank my protein shake this morning and that definitely gave me the boost to get my workout done. Now for lunch I have some veggies and brown rice.
Day 8 of my challenge, feeling pretty good!!! Not always easy, but it’s going to be worth it in the end🤩

Hey guys!!! This week has been so stressful because of finals😭 But I’m done with my sophomore year as of tomorrow!! YAY!!
I’ve really been keeping up with my skincare because stress=pimples & horrible skin in general😟 Thank goodness for my Prepwork skincare and my detox face mask!!🤩
Also I started my 30 day challenge on Monday so I will start sharing my progress with you guys soon!! Feeling great and motivated because it’s almost summer☀️

Today I tried my Digestive Plus and all I can say is...WOW! Normally after a day of eating, I’m super bloated and feeling kind of run down😪 Today was so much different. I mixed my digestive plus in with my protein shake this morning and I did not have a huge food baby!!!!! Lol🤣 I felt so great all day (thanks to my fizz sticks as well🙂)

Preparing for a test tomorrow at 8 a.m. So nervous, but feel more prepared than usual🤓
