In 1912, Fred Shearer finished work on the 5th Avenue Suites as the Superintendent of Tresholm Plastering. In 1916 he took over ownership of the company and established Fred Shearer & Sons. We offer pre-construction services that include budgeting, value engineering, design build, BIM modeling, and schedule development.
