After almost 3 years in development, we are pleased to present the SBD Belt, featuring a new patent-pending fastening mechanism. We have combined the adjustability of a traditional prong belt with the quick operation and tightness of a lever. The functional concept has then been structurally redesigned by leading casting engineers to ensure consistency, while maximising tensile and fatigue strength in the SBD Buckle. The SBD Belt is fully manufactured in the United Kingdom, with the thick leathers produced using traditional processes from English hides in a process that takes 5 months.
