I love to improvise but have not been doing a lot of it lately. So, I have decided to, from time to time, record a free improve session. My only frame work was setting the harp in a min. I like to start simple and then expand the idea, let new ideas come to me and go for them in the moment. It also helps loosen up my composer self. I really do feel that improvisation is when I am playing at the harp.
