I don’t want to hear “uhhhhhh waaaaaahhhhh it’s a Tuesday night, I have to work in the morning” or “I can’t find a baby sitter for my 19 year old son who keeps stealing my pills” or “I have chronic diarrhea”. Take your diaper off, sell your plasma and spend it all at the bar and hang with some cool bands. Also, we’ve been a band for a million years so who knows how much longer we can keep this up. Could be our last performancr. Morbidly, it could be YOUR last show. See? With that perspective you have no excuse.

Today we celebrate in the most exhausting way possible. By forcing him to play in every band in the lineup tonight. It has been absolutely phenomenal playing music with him these last few months. My body crumbled like Nature’s Valley granola bar after our last performance. Imma brush up on my cardio to deliver a performance that defies human decency. Any grimy feelings you may have will be sterilized by the blazing hot riffage & rhythms. I’m very stoked to be playing with my first introduction to them was on the Cinema Beer Goggles VHS and I saw Lando’s 45 at a church in Naperville, 1996. Can’t wait
