20 years ago, I illustrated my first picture book written by
It was called and went on to become a series of 3 books. Jonathan and I have only chatted on the phone but this weekend we met for the first time!! After all theses years!! Crazy!! Luckily we got on really well 😆 and It was lovely chatting about all things children’s books and I showed him around my favourite welsh sites 😍🏴 Here we are with Ruby 🐥
and I’ve dug out some early sketches that I did when planning out the book all those years ago.
Its funny to think I sent them to the publishers by Fax😝 (i loved my fax machine!🩶)
