I recently received a letter from www.votetoprotectfenwick.com regarding the upcoming election for town council on August 6. It got buried for few days but it popped up as a reminder that August 6 is approaching quickly. The more immediate deadline is July 7 (I think). Voters are required to be registered 30 days prior to the election. So if you are eligible but not registered, get on it. There are three seats eligible, each for a two year term. Candidates are:
Richard Benn
Edward Bishop
Eric Espinosa
Kimberley Espinosa
William Rymer

It is important for everyone to vote to assure that the town council truly reflects the wishes and priorities of property owners.
