They are starting to sleep better, have more energy & confidence plus learning new exercises to help them become stronger from head to toe (literally)!!
Everyone is at their own unique place in their fitness journeys & they are taking SMALL DAILY ACTIONS to bring them closer to their goals!
I designed this program so that they strategically progress daily & weekly in their walking, walk/running & strength training based on their current fitness level vs. doing random workouts that offer no systematic path to getting you results. This makes it so much easier to stick to the plan & to stay motivated to keep going!
We are also holding each other accountable to show up & do the best we can....plus we are really pulling for one another & cheering each other on! So much better than trying to wing it or go it alone!

Search on social media sites for groups you can join who have the same interest in fitness you do. It's a good place to get started & interact with like minded people who are already doing the activities you want to participate in.
Join a local gym or find one online that has Group Fitness classes that you can try out to see if they're a good fit for you.
Hire a trainer such as myself to create a customized plan that is 100% unique to YOUR specific goals, meeting you where you currently are in your fitness journey; helping you get stronger & healthier step by step while keeping you safe, motivated, & injury free.
There really is no need to "go it alone" or try to "wing it" when it comes to improving your health and fitness! There are many of us out there willing to help!

I am so glad you found me!
I've been a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor for the past 10 years in a Physical Therapy clinic. I am also a Fellow of Applied Functional Science and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and most recently Certified to train Breast Cancer Survivors.
I work with busy people over the age of 40 who are struggling with making regular exercise a priority due lack of time, motivation, dealing with aches and pains and or working on post rehab from injuries or pre-rehab for those who need to become stronger prior to surgery.
Being a sufferer of arthritis in my hands and wrists myself, I understand what it is like to have limitations with certain exercises and the importance of finding ways to work around my chronic condition.
My motto is that we can work around the body parts that are injured and focus on making the rest of the body strong and injury free!
I also believe that exercise and fitness should not be boring! I hate to be bored when I workout....I certainly don't expect my clients to be bored either! :-)
I am continuously finding new ways to challenge and motivate my clients and keep them engaged while helping them obtain the results they are looking for.
I am known as the queen of "Circuits of Fun".
I continue to work 1:1 with clients on a daily basis and distance train those who can’t come to me in person by training them online! Gotta love technology!
