ATTENTION....SRHS CLASS OF '65 ...SAVE THE DATE!!!
At our (belated) reunion last year, it was suggested and agreed upon, that we meet more often than every five years, as we have been doing since graduation. With that in mind, your reunion committee has decided to have a "mini" or "mid-term" reunion (whatever we want to call it) on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM. The location will be "My Brother's Place" 2058 Leesburg-Grove City Rd., Mercer, PA 16137. There will be a small charge for the room and you can order from the menu. We will send out reservation forms with all the information after the first of the year. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
It is with a heavy heart that I share this obituary of Carol Mayhew Crawford. Carol had a full and accomplished life. In addition to those listed below, she was very much involved in the preparations for many of our Class Reunions. I'll always remember Carol with a smile on her face, even after her medical issues, she always had a kind word and a smile for anyone she met. She will be greatly missed. R.I.P. Carol.

As you probably know, the Reunion Committee has been struggling with when to have our past due reunion. We posted the question on three FaceBook sites, emailed classmates we had addresses for and left phone messages for some we had numbers from last years responses. The results were evenly divided between this September and next year sometime.
After much discussion, it has been decided to tentatively schedule the reunion for Sept. 11, 2021 at Slippery Rock Golf and Event Center. They are on board with that date and will hold it until we make a final decision in June. That will, of course, depend on the corona virus situation at that time. Sorry about the confusion and uncertainty, we want to have our reunion but we also want everyone to feel safe. Take care and hopefully, we will see you all in September!
Please share this information with any classmates you may know.
