IT'S SUMMER SZN! ☀️⛱️

Staying hydrated is crucial for maintaining optimal bodily functions as water serves solvent for biochemical reactions, aids in nutrient transportation, regulates body temperature through sweating, and supports cell structure and function especially this Summer Season. Dehydration can lead to decreased cognitive function, impaired physical performance, and even health complications. Carrying a reusable tumbler encourages consistent water intake, promoting hydration and overall well-being.

Stay Hydrated Spartans!

In response to the current extreme heat conditions, classes will transition to Modular Distance Learning from April 26 to May 10, 2024, following a meeting held at the Agoncillo Sub-Office. It is imperative that learners refrain from visiting places such as parks, markets, or engaging in leisure activities during class hours to ensure their safety and uninterrupted learning. Modules will be sent by subject teachers or advisers to ensure that learning is not compromised. Stay safe, Agonsehi learners. ☀️📚
