When we go for surf lessons we also go for sunrise. 🏄🏻‍♂️🌞 Those make the best memories. ❤️

Throw back to when I was pregnant with my son in 2017 and would take him to the beach every chance I got. Must be why he’s a little Aquaman. Not sure if you can see the belly but it’s there.

When I’m at a loss for words sometimes photos speak for me and most often better than I could have said it.

Throw back to Lorenzo dei Medici University, circa 2009 in Florence, Italy. My final project for Intro to Digital Photography and my submission for the Art is in the Streets show which also won for its category. My self portrait, taken in my small apartment in the only space I could find. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I still like it.

Another one from the same time and place. 2007, The Florence Courthouse. Taken using film and developed in the darkroom. Love the architecture because it doesn’t look like Italy AT ALL! 🤣

Back in the day, circa 2007. I attended Lorenzo dei Medici Art school in Florence, Italy and graduated with a BA in Fine Arts with a concentration in Studio Art and Italian language. My first year was spent in various dark rooms across Florence and this was one of my favorite pieces, The Florence Courthouse. Situated near the entry of the 11 Highway and the Florence airport, it is Italy’s second biggest tribunal building after that of Turin. The architect was Leonardo Ricci. Somehow this piece always reminds me of Henri Cartier-Bresson, it’s probably just the dude in the photo. 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

Someone asked me recently, during which time of day I prefer to photograph…I don’t think I’ll ever have a preference. They’re both magical…this one is sunset…coming up next…sunrise!
