Today we officially closed on the flip!! I say this for every house that we do, but this one was a favorite. We are so excited for the new homeowners and wish them many years of happiness here!
Now we wait for the next closing on our new flip 🤍

We changed a whole lot in this bathroom! By removing the closet, closing off the door that leads into the kitchen, adding a double vanity and relocating the toilet, this bathroom is so much more functional and spacious!

Our flip is officially listed!! I’ll just be spending the rest of this night in awe of how amazing my hubby is for completing this project so fast yet so well. We also couldn’t have done it without the help of my amazing mom!!!

Master bathroom progress 🙌🏼 we took out the closet, closed off the door that leads into the kitchen, and added a double vanity ✨ now we are waiting on glass shower doors, plumbing fixtures, lighting install, and accessories!

‘s tile work 😍 lately loving one row of soldier course tile with the classic brick lay. It adds character while keeping it timeless!
