Do you love sharing the Magic of the Faire? Seeing children’s eyes sparkle when they get to spend the day dressed up? Sending giddy guests out into the festival, and getting to see them again at the end of the day, when you get to hear all about their adventures?
I manage the Belrose Costume Rental shop at the New York Renaissance Faire. We rent costumes to Faire guests to help them immerse themselves in the Magic of the festival. A Belrosian is a special breed, friendly and playful, punctual, and willing to be flexible, with lots of patience, and a sense of adventure.
I’m looking to fill both part-time (9-3ish), and full time positions. If you are able to do costume repairs, I definitely have week work for you,
This can be a very busy position. You will likely be on your feet the vast majority of the time. It’s hot. People can be difficult… and yet, I believe it’s the best job at the Faire!

Put yourself in the middle of the action with VIP Seating at the Roselawn Tournament Joust Field! Enjoy the Royal Treatment with covered seating, a pickle, a pennant, and a non-alcoholic beverage! Tickets are $20 per person/per Joust. Seating is limited.
