One of the biggest mistakes people make with their diet is to have carbs for breakfast!
Carbohydrate calories provide us with easy access to energy.
However, they also burn quickly, causing frequent hunger. In contrast, fats offer double the calories per gram consumed and sustain energy levels for extended periods.
Your body is a hybrid able to use both sources of fuel but only if you break the 4hr carb cycle 😈
