Congratulations to Erica on completing her 200 sweat equity hours. In addition to working on her own home in Maple City Crossings, she worked on the first four New Waves homes and helped out at several Habitat events.
The entire Habitat staff and our the partner families have enjoyed your enthusiasm and good humor. We will all miss having your smile on the job site.

There's a lot of progress and activity happening this week on Justice Way. The outer walls for 2 new homes are being set, landscaping is underway, and we picked out paint, flooring and countertop colors for the church house.

Friday, November 10th, end of day--the staff house looks very house-like already! Thanks for the update, Tina!
First piece of the staff house installed today, November 10th - Turn on the volume for narration by our very own Tina Allen!
Construction begins on the staff house for the New Waves Housing project, we are thrilled to see progress and thankful for all the support that has gotten us this far. Expect more updates as things progress because we are excited to share!

We are a new faith community in Traverse City that welcomes all, no matter where you are on life’s journey. Our mission is to support the spiritual journey of those who seek to make a difference in our world. Our worship might be different from what you’re used to - check us out at 10am, Sundays, 717 Woodmere Ave. TC.
Our vision includes justice and peace in our community, repairing our relationships with the earth and one another, providing affordable housing on our property, and a place for like-minded journeyers to gather for support and encouragement. We need you - your passion and ideas and gifts; and we have alot to give - a community with whom to celebrate and lament, a place for thinking about and nurturing faith, a community with whom to change the world! We want to journey with you through life; guests with guests at God’s abundant Table!
