Not bad for a Sunday. Fried glazed and topped with crumbled bacon Brussels, esquites,and faux pork tenderloin burnt ends.
$10 grocery bill + me = Happy Family of Four! Grilled pork loin and fried Brussels with balsamic glaze.
Eat the rainbow! Pork tenderloin, herb roasted sweet potatoes, mango, and red (purple) cabbage.

The Rex - house made pimento cheese, candied bacon, green leaf lettuce, thick sliced tomato on Texas toast or Bolillo roll. It’s truly incredible.
I’ve been wanting to put my dad’s name on a menu item for a long time, but he’s a very picky eater, and I just couldn’t come up with anything. He taught me to make bacon in the microwave to make BLTs as a little kid, and he loves pimento cheese… that was where his culinary contributions ended. Father’s Day is around the corner!
Saturday afternoon vibes. Grilling and chilling. Charcoal fired Wagyu pepper jack Cheeseburgers, and home made potato salad.
