Ever since I stopped playing professional basketball, it’s been a struggle to find a routine that has given me the same fulfillment mentally.. and even more-so, physically….

Until recently‼️

➡️This post is long overdue but I have been feeling my absolute best since I can remember. I am beyond blessed and grateful to have and TrainWithGui ™] come into my life.

( ) is EASIEST the best personal trainer I have ever come across. Yes that includes throughout my years being a D1 and Pro hoops athlete. The creativity he has and the workouts he puts together are directly transferable to the activities I’m doing like boxing, basketball, and frankly just feeling good in my body, are second to none.💪🏼

And let’s talk about TrainWithGui ™] .. he is an absolute psychopath who knows how to truly push me to my limits.💀

Combining these two trainers have transformed my body and my mentality and I’m finally feeling like a true athlete again. I honestly look forward to these workouts each and everyday, they are the highlights of my week.🫶🏼

So here’s an appreciation post for two incredible people who have had a massive positive impact on my quality of life. Love you guys, thank you!! ♥️♥️♥️
