We had a wonderful time catching up with family in Launceston and it was sad to say farewell 🥺 but today we enjoyed a road trip together down to Hobart for the last few days of our trip.
The view from our hotel apartment is a mix of the bay and the cityscape 🏙 but the weather isn’t great 🌧 so now it’s a quiet afternoon with some exploring planned for tomorrow!
I love sharing new places with the kids snd can’t wait to see what they think of the view from Mt Wellington (hopefully we see some more snow before we leave!)

In March I decided to focus on my health after the craziness of 2020 didn’t look like it was going to end and it’s been so worth it!
I’m now 10kgs down (with at least another 10kgs to go before Christmas) and I feel stronger and fitter than I have in years 😊💪 to top it off, today I did a PB time on the Lake circuit and was able to run a fair bit of the 3.2km 🙌 huge thanks to Andrew for helping me stay on track and pushing me in the gym 😉
The biggest thing I learnt in 2020 is that ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’ and as a mum we tend to put our needs last which can be a huge detriment to ourselves and our families so let’s change it up for the better and push off the mum guilt and mum-shaming to focus on the positives 🤗
