Heal Sadness and Lung using the “Si" Sound in TCM
Six-character Formula (Liu Zi Jue 六字訣)：In traditional Chinese medicine, different sounds can heal different emotional traumas and body diseases through Qi transmission. Souds like Xu He Hu Si Chui Xi, can heal six different emotion traumas and treat illness in six different organs. If you have related issues, you can listen and practice these sounds. Stay calm and feel, your trauma will be healed gradually. The body might experience slight unique feels for Qi flow, which means your body is repairing gradually too. Everyone’s feeling is different. 中醫認為，不同音能夠通過炁的傳播，療愈不同的心靈創傷和臟腑疾病，例如六字訣中的六個音，Xu He Hu Si Chui Xi，對應不同的情緒，療愈身體各部位的疾病，有相關問題的聽眾，可以聆聽，靜下來感受，你的心靈創傷就一點點有所療愈。身體上也可能出現輕微的異樣感或流動感，說明身體也在一點點療愈，每個人的感受是不同的。
