We are coming into the part of the winter season when some might be experiencing depression or seasonal affective disorder. It’s easy to get lost in the depression. To forget that you are not the depression.

If you are having a hard time remembering who you are try this:
Start tapping to recall a compliment that someone gave you that really resonated with the truth in your heart. Keep tapping until you can embody the truth.

Using tapping scripts can be really helpful! I just wanted to address working on deep rooted belief systems and memories. Sometimes when we tap it’s quick and easily uprooted, sometimes it’s layered.
