They have been 10 amazing days together with , where I had the chance to meet a lot of interesting people who have become good friends.
I have never seen such of interest in my pizza ... Both of group that they wanted to learn and the other who have joined km of queue to have small slice and say 1000 time "thank you".
I believe that won't be last time there...

Busy time has taken me away from to post for a while, and away from to make what I love to make.

It explain what have been my progress with with the no Gluten Pizzas... Yes you well understand, those 3 pizzas in the picture are all Gluten Free and they are f***ING real and tasty...
I remeber 6 years ago we were one tonthe first to offer no gluten alternative and the quality of today is maybe light years far from what we launched at the beginning.

Easter is obviously gone... But why not share this Amazing, Traditional Easter's cake/tart that finally I have find the way to make vegan and be so delicious as the original?
It is a spectacular product that it is the best in his own flovours and textures: made with cooked wheat pearls and with amazing smell of glossom orange water, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon zest, it also counts many no vegan ingridients as eggs, milk and cow ricotta.
I have finally found I good combination of Vegan ingredients and I have finally reached the perfect Shortcrust pastry and the amazing soft filling.
It has been my favorite cake since I was child and to be honest I have missed it a lot for all the time that I have been vegan that taste.
But Finally here we go... And Easter is again a special Easter... 🌼🌼🌼
Quando Una Passione ti Sconvolge la Vita
Le cose più inaspettate, e a volte più banali, sono alla fine quelle che risultano piu’ “sconvolgenti” e ridanno un senso alla tua vita.
Da laureato in Architettura, a vincitore della Miglior Pizza in UK ci vuole un attimo (diciamo).
Nel 2014, con una Laurea quinquennale in Architettura, un’ iscrizione ad un Ordine professionale, una specialistica post-Laurea e alcuni anni sulle spalle di prestazioni lavorative non retribuite, decido con pochissima lucidità e con tanta delusione e confusione di lasciare definitivamente il mio paese, l’Italia.
Spinto chissà dall’istinto, o da qualche energia positiva, qualche mese prima della data di partenza decido di prendere un po’ di dimestichezza con quello che apparentemente in principio reputavo un interessante e misterioso mestiere: Il Pizzaiolo.
Comincio nel Settembre del 2014 a dare una mano in una piccola pizzeria del mio paese, Sessa Aurunca, dove comincio a familiarizzare con i ferri del mestiere: impastatrice, impasto, pala, banco, stesura, forno a legna ecc.
Lo splendido lavoro del pizzaiolo che con la sua arte riesce a far sorridere e attirare l’attenzione delle persone, mi risultava come quello di un Dj che dalla sua consolle, con la sua musica deve afferrare e far sognare le persone attorno a lui.
