Well, hard to be disappointed. The boys lost in the regional finals today 2-0 on two safety squeezes in the 2nd inning and we just couldn’t get going offensively. Looking back at the season, we started 14-0, we were ranked #1 in the state in division 4 for two weeks, we won our first district championship in 14 years, and there were many awesome individual performances throughout the course of the year. I came home disappointed today but mainly because I’m going to miss this team. Great season boys! The whole community was behind you…be proud!

Might’ve taken our first loss on Monday, but we’re still 15-1…shouldn’t fall too far, if at all!

12-0 now!! Big sweep of Petoskey tonight 1-0 and 5-4. Traverse City Saint Francis is up next Monday and Grayling on Thursday next week.
Been a great start to the new season! 8-0 with sweeps of Cheboygan, Boyne City, Hillman, and Ellsworth. We were ranked #9 in Division 4 last week and the new polls come out this Wednesday. Varsity is at home Monday with Lake City and Wednesday with Petoskey and our JV boys finally get under way with Harbor Springs at home Thursday…come watch these boys! They’ve been impressive so far and are still improving!
Happy Easter everyone!! Our season finally gets underway tomorrow! First pitch at 4:15 against Cheboygan at home (switched from schedule)…come watch these boys start their quest for a fantastic 2023 season!!

Tomorrow, March 13th, we start our baseball season!! Practice is at 5:00-7:00 at the Mill Street Campus gym (old middle school)!! Can’t wait to get started!!!
