Throughout those years we have established our first-class reputation, clients' confidence, and stand out in the forefront of the competition. It is possible thanks to localization of our offices; they are in both Polish biggest "maritime" metropolises (Szczecin and Tricity - Gdansk/Sopot/Gdynia) and covers whole seafarer's market. We were
previously known as Polish Manning Services (PMS) - the name change is a result of re-branding process in Wilh. Wilhelmsen (WW Group) corporation, which we are a part of. In 2013 we have received MLC 2006 Approval Certificate issued by Polish Maritime Directorate in Szczecin as well as ISO 9001:2008 Certificate issued by Germanischer Lloyd. We recruit well qualified seafarers for a large variety of research and specialized offshore vessels as well as wind farm platform, product / chemical carriers, bulk carriers, etc. Our objective is to provide quality assured and cost effective crew management services to internal and external clients. We shall provide a service to our customers in a quality assured and more economical way than the customer could perform such services themselves. It is fully complementary to five basic values that we share within WW-Group: concentrating to the client; provide the office employees the wide freedom to act and take initiative; adapting to every society change; managing own resources in an optimal way; promoting teamwork over individualism. In the middle of 2005 we established a training and testing facility where we conduct specialized training and competence tests for seafarers from our pool as well as for all other interested in.
