This is not good enough DxCouriers!
We apologise for any delays with spectacles ordered. This is entirely due to the fact that the courier used by our suppliers can't find us and has several sets of lenses in his van. Also we haven't moved in the last ten years where they have been delivering regularly... Thanks for your patience, I am working on it.

A new record of 153 mailing lists I never signed up to unsubscribed to. Whichever idiot decided that it is legal to add business email addresses to a mailing list without their consent should be made to have every single one forwarded on to them. Let's see how much work they get done then! We will never contact customers without their consent!
We’ve been given the exciting opportunity for KAB clients to take part in “Feel The Beat” which are upcoming dance and motion theatre workshops at the The Marlowe Theatre and we are looking for people who either enjoy dancing or would like to try something different in a safe and fun environment. The workshops will be led by Jodie Cole who has over 10 years' experience creating accessible dance experiences for deaf, disabled, and non-disabled participants and audiences.
For their next project they will be embedding audio description & multi-sensory experiences to make dance more accessible for visually impaired people – and this is where we are inviting you to take part. In these workshops you will learn fun and upbeat routines, play dance games, and move your body in ways that feel good to you. All these exercises will be accessible, inclusive, and fun.
The dates for these workshops will be Friday 1st September 2-4pm and Monday 4th 10.30am-12.30pm and they will be in a space at the Marlowe Theatre. It is free of charge to attend but you’ll need to be able to get there independently.
If you’d be interested in going along to one of these sessions then please get in touch with Madeleine at [email protected] or on 01227 763366. First come first served and ideally we’d like to know numbers as soon as possible as it’s not too far away now!

This is one for the types. Despite what you may see on social media, putting anything in your eyes that hasn't been prescribed by your doctor, nurse, optician, pharmacist or orthoptist is a bad idea! No, I won't share further details and yes I am aware of the irony of putting this out on social media...
