All emerging artists, ages 16 and up, who reside in the Blue Mountains and have a performance component to their practice are welcome to apply. Whether you’re a singer/songwriter, band, poet, comedian, dancer, performance or cross disciplinary artist, so long as there's a performance element, we would love to hear from you.
Coordinated by the Blue Mountains City Council's Cultural Development department in partnership with the Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub, and with generous support from the City of the Arts Trust and MTNS MADE, PROPEL is an initiative created to help support and stimulate performing arts in the region.

Sydney’s kings of klezmer fusion are coming to Lithgow! Drawing on their Eastern European and Middle Eastern heritage, CHUTNEY presents a hot and spicy mix of original compositions and modern twists on traditional tunes.
