Huge shoutout to Beth Sheets and family for showing my Suris at Buckeye! I could not be doing this without the help of great friends like her. Speaking of which…at Oklahoma I had the help of Karen Nance with Gem (and incredible help with my employers alpacas with her husband Gary) and loads of other help from Brian Arnold. They are all amazing and wonderful people.

We are suprised and pleased to be in the top ten medium farms. It was a extremely limited show season for Zinnia Fields but we are looking forward to showing more soon. We also have some exciting news that we will be posting very soon!

Finally got caught up on a few things! Extremely happy with our recent fiber histograms. Below is a copy of our favorite stud at Zinnia Fields. This is for three years. The top histogram is at 47 months, then 36, and 23 months. RDE Rolls Royce is a multiple champion who is still maintaining an excellent degree of uniformity and very fine micron. He will be headed with me to Oregon. His first cria is a phenomenal white female and we can’t wait to show her and make more.

A huge thank you to those who helped me by carry my stuff out after my fall at Denver! I did break my hand and seethe surgeon tomorrow. I can’t thank everyone enough. Especially the gentleman who came to my trailer who I do not know, Robert Brian, and Roy Anderson for bringing home Mando. Also to the friend who helped me at home before going to the ER. I am so very grateful for your help.

First up is 30 month old Madiba’s Mando. At 21 months old his histogram showed 19.5 AFD, and 3.8 SD. He just recieved a first place at AOA Nationals. His pedigree boasts many champions and champion producers. RCS Early Edition, Madiba, Goldstar, Viho, Silkworm. His dam is maternal sibling to multiple champion Page Master. His reduced price is $2000!

Delivery around Fairbury available late afternoon.

The 5-in-1 Alpaca Show in Des Moines, Iowa was a great show. We only took Duncan and are very pleased with the results. Roy Anderson was kind enough to transport Duncan.He was described as the complete package with appealing phenotype, stong bone, highly lusterous and uniform fleece. Judges commented on the amount of fleece packed onto his frame. We now co-own his sire but are excited about Duncan’s unique genetic combination as well as quality as a stud. Both parents are multi-champions and produced champions at the national and regional level. We are offering half interest in Duncan.

Zinnia Fields will be closed to visitors through all of October. This will include National Alpaca Farm Days. We also will not be attending any craft or vendor shows this fall. This is due to a surgery.

We still have animals and breedings available. We have a few alpaca items available for holiday gifts. Please send a message if we can assist.
