FB you ever have days where you want to lay in bed or on the floor all day & cry or scream because you of past and present situations that make you want to call it quits. When you get up you realize you didnt feel the release or you prayed and prayed and prayed as well as fasted with all faith believing for change that still hasn't happened yet?
I've been there many occasions. Coach/Apostle Shalonda Y Williams Lynard has provided me with tools and resources that has assisted in moments like that. She is as transparent and real as it gets. Now don't get me wrong I didn't use those tools right away because I was stuck and didn't realize how deep things were for a long time at least until several months ago. Now when those moments come, I put those tools and resources to work before I let myself go back down the old path again.

Good evening FB fam and friends, today I want to share something with you. This woman here Shalonda Y Williams Lynard has been apart of my life for 12 years. She started as my coach in 2011 after the birth of my daughter where I received valuable insight about how GOD has a purpose for me (thoughts of death and making sure I wrote my children a letter about how much I loved them and did what I thought was best for them) as well as walked me thru how to self-publish my books; has mentored me shoot that is still being done today; our counselor/therapist; has become my spiritual covering permanently (always prayed for me even when I didn't know it). Apostle Shalonda Y Williams Lynard has provided immeasurable tools to not only me but my children as well to remove the mask of hurt and pain but to open our hearts and minds to what GOD actually wants and desires from us. She has been there for my family in more ways than one. I can say that until recently I've only felt true genuine love from one other person besides her in my life (at least from my own perspective) she has even open my eyes to that area as well (take everyone's perspective into account) and to always check your own heart daily.

➤ Multnomah Falls is a waterfall located on Multnomah Creek in the Columbia River Gorge, east of Troutdale, between Corbett and Dodson, Oregon, United States. The waterfall is accessible from the Historic Columbia River Highway and Interstate 84. ➤ Silver Falls State Park is a state park in the U.S. state of Oregon, located near Silverton, about 20 miles (32 km) east-southeast of Salem. It is the largest state park in Oregon with an area of more than 9,000 acres (36 km2), and it includes more than 24 miles (39 km) of walking trails, 14 miles (23 km) of horse trails, and a 4-mile (6.4 km) bike path. Its 8.7-mile (14.0 km) Canyon Trail/Trail of Ten Falls runs along the banks of Silver Creek and by ten waterfalls, from which the park received its name. Four of the ten falls have an amphitheater-like surrounding that allows the trail to pass behind the flow of the falls. The Silver Falls State Park Concession Building Area and the Silver Creek Youth Camp-Silver Falls State Park are separately listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
