Healthy eating has changed my life in the last 4 years now. lthy...EVEN HEALTHIER. I am 140 now and feel alive. I have another confession to make to this lifestyle change. It wasn't just because i felt ugly or my insides felt like death and i had no energy to do anything. Seeing what cancer can do to someone and watching them struggle, being tired, having no hope to beat this disgusting illness, well I looked elsewhere. I researched, and seeked different avenues and we found that changing ones diet was giving them life again. As i mentioned about spices and how it has healing agent.We learned about different spices,teas,vegetables,fruits, and grains that helps with minimizing growth of the cancer. I want to say that their life was prolonged for another full year and doctors were so amazed. In the end Food is very vital and we should take it more serious. I hope i can help mothers,children,families, and whoever wants a better and healthier eating lifestyle. Through healthy eating and a well balanced diet you strengthen your physical, mental and emotional vitality.Having to eat just because our body needs it to survive is not the way to go.We tend to forget what our body truly needs in whole to nurture and provide the healthy essentials our body needs to strive to the max. PHYSICAL VITALITY means to have the energy, have the strength and stamina in your athletic activities, as well in your day to day tasks. It means that your body needs to be supplied with the right nutrients,oxygen,minerals,and vitamins. This will help your body develop the strength and endurance to perform at your maximum physical capacity. MENTAL VITALITY is having mental energy to think and function clearly. Physical activities and nutrients go hand in hand. Excercising helps oxygen flow to the brain and body.Nutrients is important to the functioning of the brain and mental process.Nearly 2 thirds of those who do NOT report daily mental health problems eat a well balanced diet. EMOTIONAL VITALITY is being upbeat,happy, and feeling alive and able to deal with stress that may hinder an average person.Many people do no realize it, but you are actually what you eat. Scientific research show eating healthy can drastically change your mood and improve your way of life.
