Patient negligence may ruin hours and days of good work…

-Treatment is not done in office only , patient follow ups and check up , can save him money, time and a Dental chair visit..

- tooth #25 with acceptable endo treatment but destructed coronal structure and recurrent caries.

- patient wants just a crown ? But the tooth had been like this for 1.5 year, leakage and chance of Endo failure in the future is high..
