is, We keep all proof of postage and barcodes for the items. You can claim for a parcel up to £46 with Royal Mail, and we will provide you with the proof of postage if this problem should occur. Please allow a reasonable time from posting of the parcel to arrive. This is generally 10-15

No personalisation will take place until full payment has been made. We normally have a 2 week turnaround time, but at busy times of the year this could be longer, therefore you are advised to book your time slot in plenty of time. We may sometimes have a space available to fit you in last minute if you require your goods urgently. You have a right to cancel your order at any time before personalisation. Bespoke and/or personalised products are exempt from any cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. I know sometimes unforeseen things happen to change your circumstances so please let us know via email as soon as possible so we can try to reach a solution. For all ready to go items you have 14 days to return your goods to us at your own expense, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your goods. The goods should be in the same condition as when they left Beverleysboutique and must be returned in the original packaging using a recorded and insured courier service. Once we receive the goods back we then have 14 days to refund you. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
