Age is just a number right. I don't know what 52 is "supposed" to feel like or look like 🤷‍♀️? It's really up to each of us to define what we want each year to be.

So let's, welcome each year with:

✳️ Be GRATEFUL for the lessons.
✳️ Take your HEALTH seriously.
✳️ Adjust for what you're body needs (listen to it, it will tell you!).
✳️ Age gracefully, there's no need to rush it.

Me and My Miracle Baby.

Did you ever struggle to have a baby? It can be a very stressful experience. 😢It was trial and error and tears and tests to find out it was low progesterone... Which is a result of high cortisol... Which is caused by stress. All the stress living in a toxic marriage and not knowing how to cope through... it put my body into adrenal fatigue and the vicious cycle took hold.

After 3 miscarriages and 8 years praying through and figuring it all out, this beauty came to be! 💖

But first, the story... After the last miscarriage I was told I would have one more chance as I was 41 at the time... So I decided it was TIME TO TAKE CARE OF ME (and in a toxic marriage that was really really hard work). 😢

With the help of my Naturopath and other natural health practitioners I did everything I was told. Starting with seed cycling to get my cycle timing exact, exercising to release the stress and adrenal supports to heal. Plus deep breathing to calm my body and learned some meditation. Plus whole foods eating with healing Supplements. And alot of mind work!

Within less than 2 years I got pregnant but needed Natural progesterone (throughout my entire pregnancy monitored by my naturopath). I ate super clean. At age 43, I surprised doctors with amazing test results but with a scare at 13 weeks which I thought was the repeat yet again. Luckily it was some unexplained blood filled cyst that burst! And her little heart kept beating through it. 🙏

I was blessed with a healthy, strong and determined baby girl through a very fast and painful natural childbirth, but all was worth it ❤️.

I left that toxic marriage after her first 6 months, knowing I was stronger on my own. With her and her 10 year old brother in tow💙, we knew we were stronger on our own, and having this beautiful little girl was proof we could do anything we put our minds to.

It's been over 8 years and I'm grateful everyday for this precious girl, my miracle baby. 💗Love her to pieces!

Michelle is building her side hustle team while being the supermom she is and the wife she wants to be for her husband. She can do it all! She sets her own hours, works around the kids schedules, takes off on vacation when her husband has the time, making choices that work for her. She's serving clients, supporting her team, having fun, leading and growing into her best self. Her children are watching and she's putting on a good show. 🥰
