We cannot expect others to do the work we have not yet done for ourselves.
When you catch yourself on the spin and loop of mind racing, be aware of your physical body wherever you are and be present. Realize that whatever is going on is helping you better identify what you DO want. Identify what you WANT (that works on your mental aspect) and state WHY you want it (that works on your emotional part). Make a statement with WHAT you want and WHY you want it.
