Hope everyone had a good holiday and a safe new year but let's get down to business. We have a great menu for the weekend anchored by the GOAT Burger of course. Irish Nachos, Double Bacon Smash Burger and Portuguese Stuffie are a few other items on our menu. Come down and grab some food and say Hello to Jenelle and Sandy on the bar.

Christmas is coming early for all you GOAT Burger lovers...........On Thursday Dec 22 we will have the GOAT Burger on the menu at Hillside Johnnie's. There will be other specials available too like Pork Belly Corndog The Philly In Norton, and Twice Fried French Fries with Joe Mayo and more.... Breakfast on Weekends is also in the works for 2023 so stay tuned on that..

Game recognizes game. When you're a three time Super Bowl Champion and you spot the hardest working ladies in cheer business on their way for another National Championship run... of course you help. Thank you Patrick Chung for your support. Our 12U and 14U Squads will be around town this weekend and for the next 10 days raising funds for Nationals. Every single cent is sentimental to us.

It's Fryday Friday. This week's Cod looks better than last weeks.. Beer Battered Fish and Chips today starting at 12 at Tavern on the Hill. Come in and say Hello to Kate and Janelle behind the bar! We will sell out, so earlier the better.

This Friday at Tavern on the Hill in Norton we will have Beer Battered Fish and Chips with the Twice Fried French Fries, House Slaw, House Made Tartar Sauce and Lemon wedge. We open at 11:30am and will have the fish till we sell out.

It will still be a few weeks before we fully open....

Bittersweet moment. We are no longer food truck owners. We have officially closed this chapter in our lives. To anyone who helped, bought from us or believed in us we are eternally grateful. On to the next chapter......

Update: The decision to sell the truck was all positive. We chose not to open for 2022 and sell it. It was fun, but it was never meant to be a lifetime of work. I appreciate all the comments but this was a good thing, not something we were forced to do.

Coming soon to Norton......

We are excited to announce that we will be working with new owners and taking over the kitchen and food at Tavern on The Hill above Chartly Pond. There will be a Grand Opening and name change but all the Food Truck favorites will be back. The GOAT Burger, The FO Melt, Buffalo Chicken Soldier, Chicken and Cabbage, fresh Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Hand Cut Fries with Joe Mayo and more old favorites with some new ones like Breakfast...

We're happy to be back open in Norton and to make that place a destination again for food. There are too many plans to list but stay tuned and we'll will update you when things start happening. Thank you all again for the support and I hope to see everyone up there when we open.

Just a few more months till spring who is craving a Goat Burger and Fries with some Joe Mayo I know we are !!

This is always a tough post. Please read to the bottom, there is alot.

First we want to say thank you to anyone who ever bought a single item from our truck or business. It's clique but we really appreciate any and all support. I have an really unhealthy addiction to cooking for others that really ruins alot of aspects in my life. Alot of people benefit including my family but it takes a toll on myself that my wife only really sees. I would do it 100 times over if I had the chance...

Second I want to say thank you to our family and friends that were always there to help when we need it. Joey, Myles, Mark, Joyce, Diane and to anyone I might have forgot thank you for helping us make our year a success.

Third regarding our future....We keep saying that we want a restaurant or brick and morter place which has always been the goal before I asked my wife if we can get this truck. We really only get 6 good months of business which does not offer the financial outlook we could achieve if we were operational for 12 months. A restaurant would afford us a year round income but unfortunately it's might not be in the cards for 2022. But without this past year and all of our support and customers we have never been stronger as a business. As for 2022 please stay tuned to our page and we will 100% keep everyone in the loop on what our plans are for the future.

Fourth.....Because we are only season at the moment I still have to find employment and that leaves me to say that I have accepted the Chef Positon at Norton Country Club starting this month. We are open to the public in the dining room. I will have my hand in creating the new menu with daily specials. Don't expect to see the GOAT or Joe Mayo on the menu...they are Fork and Bibb exclusive. But you will still see my creative edge at the club. Please go and give their page a like and follow to see the menu offerings and specials we will be having. I will not be posting the club stuff on here to keep it separate. I hope everyone gets a chance to come by and please say hello if you do.

Last but should have been first I want to say thank you to my amazing wife......i would not be the person I am today without the . She is always there no matter the day or time at home or on the truck and always with a smile....... It's been a rough year but we would not be the business we are without her and I wouldn't be the man I am today without her. I definitely don't tell her enough.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy winter. Thank you for the memories and for the new ones to come.........

Tomorrow will be our last official day of 2021. We will be open from 10 till 230ish in St Mary's parking lot at the end of the Norton Parade.

Few more week left in 2021 to have our food. This week we are on the common twice for lunch and dinner both days, Wednesday and Thursday. 1130 to 730. The FO will be back on the menu this week. We will also have the Goat Burger, the Philly In Norton and the super popular November Roll is back. Roasted Turkey and Cornbread Stuffing in a Eggroll with Cranberry Drizzle and a Pan Gravy Dip.......yum...

We will only be open to the public this week at CrosstoBEERfest on Wednesday and Pop Warner Easton Football on Sunday. We are booked privately rest of week......only few more times to get our food before end of our season.....don't miss out it will be a long winter.....
