DIY BUBBLE BATH RECIPE

• 4 cups water
• 4 ounces Kidscents Bath Gel
• 3 ounces fractionated coconut oil
• 5 drops Tea Tree
• 5 drops Eucalyptus Globulus

HOW TO MAKE THIS DIY BUBBLE BATH

1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Pour ⅓–1 cup of bubble bath in the running water. More bubble bath liquid results in bigger, foamier bubbles!

3. Put your favorite relaxing blend in your diffuser and soak away!

4. Store remaining bubble bath in a container with a lid.

CARPET DEODORIZER

SLS and fragrance. These are two of the most common ingredients found in conventional store bought carpet deodorizers. Possible side effects - skin irritation, carcinogens and allergic reactions. This was one of the first swaps I did in my home. Our kiddos and pets are always playing and rolling around on the rugs and carpet so I wanted to make sure they weren’t being exposed to harmful toxins.

If you are already using essential oils swapping out your carpet deodorizer is so simple and takes just a few seconds to make and smells so good! I have peace of mind knowing yucky ingredients won’t be airborne when I vacuum and come in contact with our skin.

You’ll need:
Small container or condiment sifter
1 cup baking soda
5-8 drops of your favorite essential oil - I like Purification, Christmas Spirit, Citrus Fresh, Orange, or Thieves.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl or container of choice. Mix well and spread evenly over carpet. Let sit a few minutes and then vacuum as usual.

• Freshen up sheets and other fabrics by adding a few drops of Lemon Oil to the washing machine before washing as usual.

• Fill a spray bottle with water and add 3-5 drops of lemon oil to make an all natural surface cleanser for your kitchen and bathroom countertops.

• One capful THC combined with two cups of water makes a great spray for every day cleaning!

• Clothes Stain Remover
Put a drop of two of THC directly on the stain.
Rub with a brush. If it doesn't come out immediately, let it sit for a few minutes.

• DIY Cleaning Wipes
1.5 cups water
1 capful THC
¼ roll paper towels
2 cups water 1 capful THC
Container of old rags or cut up T-shirts

Cleanses the home of bacteria, fungi, pathogens and yeast.

• Wood Floors
1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
1 cup olive oil
10 drops Pine essential oil
Add to your bucket of water

• Natural home deodorizer
Add to diffuser
Add to a cotton ball and place behind toilets in the house

• Carpet odors mix 15–20 drops of pine essential oil with water in a bucket and then scrub into stains on your rugs. You can either use a carpet-cleaning device to steam or roll the mixture or do so by hand.

• Refreshing linen spray
Add a few drops of Purification oil with distilled water.

• Clean Washer
Add a few drops of to your washer and run the rinse cycle to clean the machine.

• Odor Eater
Add a few drops to cotton ball and place inside shoes, gym bag, backpack, and inside trash cans.

✨ 300PV // TEA TREE, 15 ml

• Mold and Mildew Fighter
Combine a teaspoon of tea tree oil with one cup of water in a spray bottle. Shake the bottle to keep combined, and spot treat existing areas of mold. Leave for a few minutes and wipe away. To prevent mold and mildew, simply spray to apply where needed.

• Toothbrush De-Gunker
Soak your gunky toothbrush in 10 drops tea tree oil and a cup of water. Leave to soak for at least 15 minutes.

• Disinfectant Spray
Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water and which hazel. Spray your exercise equipment, yoga mat, kids toys, light switches, door k***s and tv remotes.

• Steam Clean
Add 2-4 drops of and 1 cap of Thieves Household Cleaner to your steam mop.

• Polish your bathtubs, toilets, and sinks!
In a bowl mix the following:
½ cup baking soda
5 tablespoons liquid castile soap
½ capful Thieves Household Cleaner
3 drops Thieves essential oil.

• To use: Apply the mixture with a damp cloth or brush and scrub away.

• Diffuse
Open windows and put Thieves in all your diffusers to clean the air of all the airborne things!

• GLOW SERUM DIY RECIPE: 5 drops blue tansy, 5 drops frankincense, 5 drops geranium, jojoba oil or rose hip oil, 2 drops lavender (optional), 2 drops patchouli (optional), 10 drops CBD Beauty Boost (optional). Add essential oils to bottle. Top off with jojoba oil. Apply to face every morning + night for glowing skin!

Joy (and Geranium, too) are helpful in times of acute stress (a favorite for postpartum mamas!) or in times of grief. If you’re feeling sad or needing a pick-me-up, pop Joy in the diffuser or apply it over the heart.

DIY Lotion Bar Recipe with Essential Oils

Give your skin some much-deserved love! Not your average moisturizer, this DIY lotion bar uses the warmth of your body to melt natural emollients and essential oils into the skin to smooth, moisturize and hydrate dry hands, heels, elbows, and more.

Ingredients

• ½ cup extra-virgin coconut oil

• ½ cup beeswax

• ¼ cup shea butter

• ¼ cup cocoa butter

• 15–20 drops essential oil of your choice (we recommend 10 drops of Lavender essential oil and 10 drops of Lemon essential oil)

• Optional: dried lavender and lemon zest for exfoliation

MATERIALS

• 16-ounce measuring cup

• Medium-sized saucepan

• Silicone molds or muffin tin

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, and cocoa butter in a 16-ounce glass measuring cup.

2. Place in a pot with water that rises to halfway up the measuring cup

3. Bring water to a boil, stirring frequently until ingredients are completely melted.

4. Remove measuring cup from the pot.

5. Add dried lavender and lemon zest, if desired.

6. Add essential oils and stir until completely combined.

7. Immediately pour into molds.

8. Let sit overnight.

9. Once cooled, remove the lotion from the molds.

10. Store in a cool, dry place.
