Got a very cool shout-out this morning!

After participating in the 2022 RespectAbility Entertainment Lab and meeting with a producer, Hilary was staffed on Season 1 of Blue's Clues & You Nursery Rhymes, and received freelance work in kids animation due to staffing experience.

"Coverfly has been a huge confidence-booster! When my very first feature screenplay was selected for both the Live Reads program and Pitch Week, meeting and talking to people during those events, people who were enthusiastic about and supportive of my work, demonstrated in a tangible way that my writing was not just a labor of love but also something that could positively impact people's lives."

Hilary is a go-getter who found her own opportunities and was ready when meeting with the industry. Even though animation was not the path she had initially thought to pursue, she cleverly pivoted and used her sample to receive her first credits.
