As a life coach, I help others on their journey to live a more filling life. I am to be of service to you to overcome obstacles, and help to put your life blocks into perspective. I create a healing environment for you to over-come your blocks. I help you may live the present moment that is a true gift. I also teach mindfulness, meditation, and was to cope with every day life.
The consultation doesn’t end when you leave. It is up to you to interpret what has been discussed in a session. My goal is to help you start your healing and give guidance to help you create a future you always dreamed of. I don’t predict the future. We all create our own realities. We can shift and change them either in a positive way or negative.
