How to be a badass lady.
It’s a learning process to get to that place of inner badass- ness!
We are not all born fearless, badass ladies. As a woman, you grow into that identity. It’s often through life challenges that you grow into a strong, badass woman. Through taking chances, and testing limits.
Once you are a badass lady, you just kind of realize it. You know your own strength, you understand your worth. You’re not afraid to say “no” or make mistakes. And you’re way less concerned with pleasing everybody.

I’ve always been a bit badass but not until a bit later in life did I fully grow into my own badass lady potential, LOL!
Being a badass lady has nothing to do with being a bitch. (Although don’t test me!) And being a badass isn’t about being rude, disrespectful or aggressive.
In fact, being a badass lady has everything to do with feeling confident in your decisions and in who you are. Badass ladies are strong and resilient. They have fire in their soul. And the ability to laugh about life.

Recently I was at a world logistics conference in Singapore. It’s been amazing to go back to the corporate world, while the designer in me was thinking what am I was going to wear, I was so glad I ditched the regular blazer and trousers (which the world wore) for this outfit by trueBrowns]
This silk kurti with trousers gave me the formal look which I needed. I was so comfortable in this easy breazy outfit all day long without having to worry about sucking my stomach in post lunch 😂 which would’ve been the case had I worn a western suit.
I have always been brown and proud and to be able to find a brand that is modern, comfortable, formal and yet Indian was a great relief!
And hey I stood out without screaming!
