However that doesn't mean that you should wrap yourself in cotton wool and do half rep squats for the rest of your life!
Knee pain has it's way of creeping in and hijacking your life. Whether you're working through a flare-up or your knee pain and mobility is a constant issue, it's important to know that there are things you can do today to improve your situation.🙌
Knee pain and range of motion (ROM) are intimately linked and by focusing on improving knee movement, you can actively cutdown on your pain. Devoting a short amount of time each day to bettering knee range of motion will payoff in dividends. And you may have guessed it…..this "short amount of time each day" means exercises aimed at improving mobility, flexibility, and strengthening key supporting muscles!
After implementing slow and progressive conditioning, watch the pain running away..🥳

Where most people fail to make progress with their mobility is neglecting the active -component. We have to strengthen end-range tissue and teach the nervous system how to control these ranges of motion if we ever want to develop active mobility. Strengthening tissue is also how we mitigate pain, injury, and develop a more capable body. ~. 🌼
This body weight exercise regime can work out for you when you are in short of time! No equipment needed. 🤓 It can be a good warmup for advance body training as well!
1. Downward facing dog toe tap to Side plank
Rotation 20 reps each side
2. Bear plank hold with shoulder taps 20 reps each side.
3. Kneeling to Squat 20 reps
4. Bear crawl front and back 10 steps.
Repeat these for 3-4 sets😃👍
