When I lie down the hospital, I realize how important to be in a wellbeing industry. And also, be healthy.

Please check your body regularly and don’t ignore any risky factor. Now I have a better breathing quality and my brain is way clearer than before. I will be back in March, see you then!

20 years ago, I was massaging my friend; so as 20 years later.

Most of my clients asked why I choose to be a remedial massage therapist; the main reason is I love to help people and I trust God gives everyone a right to be healthy! He gives me 👍 hands to feel what happened in the body, and I think I should use this gift!

Merry Christmas

This is a day to let us think about Grace, salvation and his mighty plan.

This year, l have been through different stage. From getting popular, overworking, burn out, depressed, renovating, moving house, healthy issue, mom visiting, mental and body getting better, able to think properly and now find back my own way to massages.

It seems like I turn a long route to get back to normal, but it’s also a really good lesson to learn.

You need to appreciate quiet when you used to be busy, and also appreciate busy when you used to quiet.

You know hope is not always there when you have been through the depression. So as health.
