Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before class so I can run through the basics.
Bring a towel, some water, hair up, wear comfortable trainers (the more flexible at the front the better) and smiles. We will run through everything with you before class.

The cycle of ((BOUNCE)) works a large proportion of your muscles at once... from those in your toes and feet, to your calves, thighs, glutes and back. Not forgetting your upper body - all through the muscles of your arms and into your neck for a full-body workout.
In this way, ((BOUNCE)) is extremely effective at working your whole body with every move.

⭐️ When did you become an instructor? -
I qualified as an instructor for Ely in June 2019 after my ((BOUNCE)) bestie Katy inspired me. Then became the franchise owner for Ely in January 2023 and then opened Littleport in November 2023. 🎉
⭐️ Why do I love ((BOUNCE)) -
I started as an attendee at ((BOUNCE)) Ely in December 2017 and fell in love with it! You don’t even realise you’re working out because it’s so much fun!! Everyone is so friendly and I literally can’t think of a better way to exercise!

By making the trampoline work for you you can choose your own workout. -
We offer alternative moves and you control how hard you push down on the trampoline! 💪 You can simply bop along on your trampoline keeping them feet low to the mat while starting off and getting used to the trampoline….
And when you’re ready to intensify your workout you simply push down harder and raise your knees higher, you can even add hand weights as an extra challenge.

((BOUNCE)) is the world's leading mini trampoline fitness brand, brought to life with the main aim of making fitness fun and more accessible for everyone.
Routines are performed to banging tunes in a welcoming, motivating, environment. We encourage a social space where you can make friends, operating an inclusive FUN FRIENDLY FIERCE nightclub vibe.
((BOUNCE)) improves weight loss up to 3 times faster than floor-based exercise due to the addition of gravity and g-force, it builds core strength quickly, is a cellular workout and detoxifies the body efficiently thanks to the lymphatic system being pumped as we jump. There's oodles of scientific research on the health benefits of rebounding, but most impressively we're aiming to lose over 700 calories per session, and have fun of course... that's what trampolines were made for!
Class are for anyone of any age or ability! Children over the age of 8 can book on too and join in but they will need supervision from someone over the age of 16!
Classes are also child friendly so any child can attend the venue while you work out. They can sit and watch or chill in the corner with an iPad. If there is a spare trampoline they can bop along next to you.

Did you know???
As we get older, our bodies lose essential muscle and bone mass. This can lead to poor posture, muscle and bone weakness, and even osteoporosis - especially in women after menopause.
Rebounding helps prevent those losses by restoring bone density and muscle mass by creating osteoblasts (cells that form new bone made of collagen and proteins to improve bone
mineral density).

Is this stopping you from trying our classes or coming back? Have a read of the information below? Sticking with ((BOUNCE)) could be the answer!
The medical term for this bladder leakage is “stress incontinence.” When extra pressure on the bladder overwhelms the muscles that control the flow of urine — the pelvic floor and the “bladder sphincter” — it causes leaking of urine.
At ((BOUNCE)), during low impact rebounding, pelvic floor muscles experience repeated light stress. Over time, this strengthens them, which can diminish the symptoms of stress incontinence and enhance the effectiveness of other pelvic floor exercises.
Weak pelvic floor and bladder leakage can be uncomfortable. here's our tips:
- Try starting with a Tena lady
- Wear heavily patterned leggings
- A longer t-shirt could make you feel less conscious
- Focus on squeezing the core constantly as this is constantly engaging your pelvic floor
- Start off bouncing lightly, just bop along to get comfortable
- The harder you jump the more the pelvic floor will naturally tense so encourage improvement this way as time goes on
The amount of p*e that comes out when we're jumping on a trampoline isn't always as much as you might think it is. Therefore, using a pantyliner can be a good quick fix. Tena do a fantastic range of pants and liners for men and women to help whilst you build your strength 💪
So grab a Tena- lace up your trainers, slap on your smile and remember there's bigger worries than your pelvic floor - plus at ((BOUNCE)) everyone's friendly and welcoming, no one judges, we're all in the same boat anyway!
