Paper Buttons Press was started in 2015 by Kathy Steinsberger, after 8 years making (and teaching) handmade artist books, prints, and boxes and selling under the name Orange Lantern Press. The artist's books created have been exhibited in shows and exhibits, as well as sold in galleries and art fairs. The Book of Change, Creating Handmade Journals (co-taught with Diann Fuller):
With yoga stretching and mindfulness practice sprinkled throughout our classes; we’ll create our own painted fabric covers, marble and paste paint our text papers, create pockets and envelopes from some of these, and then sew them all into a wonderful journal using the long stitch. We’ll finish the book with a button- cord closure and reflect on the changes brought by stretching ourselves within and without;
