I want to share this super special book with you, that is truly so beautifully written and illustrated that I had to just sit with it for a minute. In my opinion, a must-read for everyone, especially young adults whoâve spent their whole lives repressing their grief and rage to try to keep themselves safe. This is A Place Inside of Me: A Poem to Heal the Heart by Zetta Elliott, illustrated by Noa Denmon. We have a few copies, so please come check this one out. Itâs worth it, I promise đ
