I designed this book completely by myself, from beginning to end. Every dish, Every Photo, all of the layout of the book, every recipe, all the writing. I am super proud. I had a great time truly producing "MY" own book - a reflection of me. I am a Certified Personal Fitness Chef, and a Culinary Artist. I enjoy creating meals that serve 2 purposes: To please the palate, and to please the body!!!
! Many of these dishes have also become regular "go to" meals in my own household, and I am now teaching other people how to prepare them. In the midst of all that cooking, over a period of a few months, I put together this book which I thought would be a great place to start with my first cookbook ever! This first time experience has been the most amazing, exciting and creative adventure I have ever had, and most of all it made me realize that we are able to do amazing things if we so choose.
